Start Terminator Resistance, wait for it to get to the main menu, then alt tab and double click “IGCSInjector.exe”. After starting ICGSInjector, go back into the game, open the console with the “~” key, then type “fov x” (x represents your field of view  in degrees). 90 to 120 will let you see the most, 80 seems to show the breasts while maintaining a sense of “closeness” (for lack of a better  term), which helps to maintain the game’s atmosphere. Play until the scene starts, then type hidehud in the console to remove the letterboxing. It’s not possible to restore the hud during gameplay, but loading another save restores it.
